Reflector 2.7.2 for Mac and Windows is now available

A new Reflector 2 update is available for both Mac and Windows users. 

You can update Reflector 2 by selecting “Check for Updates” from the Reflector 2 preferences menu. Additionally, you can download the new version from the Reflector 2 download page.

Reflector 2.7.2 for Mac update notes:

  • Added support and frames for new iPad and (PRODUCT)RED iPhone
  • Resolved an issue with mirroring from Chrome v58 browsers and devices
  • Resolved an issue where recording would stop if audio connection disconnected for a device
  • Miscellaneous stability and performance improvements
Reflector 2.7.2 for Windows update notes:
  • Added support and frames for new iPad and (PRODUCT)RED iPhone
  • Resolved an issue where mirrored screens reserved space for the top name bar, even when disabled
  • Resolved an issue with mirroring from Chrome v58 browsers and devices
  • Resolved an issue where recording would stop if audio connection disconnected for a device
  • Resolved an issue with registering on Turkish date format devices
  • Miscellaneous stability and performance improvements

Reflector for Android 2.7.1 is Available

Reflector for Android version 2.7.1 is now available on the Google Play Store.

This update fixes critical issues that could cause crashes when launching the app. 
Full release notes:
  • Resolved a crash on Android 4.2 devices
  • Added x86 Android device support
  • Resolved an issue transitioning from YouTube streaming back to screen mirroring 
  • Resolved an issue when rotating devices that could cause them to disappear 
  • Miscellaneous performance and stability improvements
  • You can download the update by visiting the Google Play Store on your device

This update also applies to Amazon Fire TV. Fire TV users should expect the update to be available soon.

Reflector 2.7 adds ClassHub Device Management and Monitoring Support

Reflector 2.7 is now available for Mac and Windows. This release adds support for ClassHub, a new student device management and monitoring solution from Squirrels.

Reflector Director 2.2 is available

Reflector Director 2.2 is available now.

Along with new iPhone 7 and iPhone SE frames, Reflector Director received a number of bug fixes and improvements to stability. Because of this, Reflector Director now requires iOS 8 or later.

Reflector Director 2.2 can be downloaded on the App Store today.
