The latest Ditto update fixed a digital signage scheduling issue and corrected a couple Account Portal bugs.
We resolved a digital signage issue that prevented scheduled signage items from being presented at the assigned time.
Additionally, we discovered an issue that could occur when deleting a Ditto receiver from a Ditto room in the Account Portal. The issue caused all receivers connected to that room to be deleted in addition to the desired receiver. This issue has been corrected.
Lastly, this update fixed an issue that allowed users to create two Ditto user accounts with the same email address between two organizations. Now, only one account will be able to be created per email address.
Here's what’s new in Ditto:
- Fixed an issue that caused scheduled signage items to not start at the assigned time
- Fixed an issue that could occur when deleting a Ditto receiver from a Ditto room — the deletion could cause all other receivers connected to that room to be deleted
- Fixed an issue that allowed users to create two Ditto user accounts with the same email between two organizations
